Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to any web page select paragraph having more than one word 2. Copy a line of code by triple clicking it 3. Paste the line into a text editor What is the expected behavior? Just the text that was selected is pasted. What went wrong? The text AND a newline is pasted. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This is very annoying when copying and pasting anything, but especially annoying when copying text into a terminal. Firefox never copies the newline when triple clicking a line, instead selecting the text on the line with additional space.

It seems triple-click, aka select paragraph around click, selects characters until newline inclusive. It seems it is better to exclude at end of paragraph. |
