TabGrid doesn't respect safe area

With UI Refresh.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open some tabs
(2) Open the TabGrid in portrait
(3) Rotate to landscape

What is the expected result?
The tabs icon collection should respect the safe area insets on the side.

What happens instead?
The icon is displayed behind the notch.
