Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. On a Android device, open an HTML file with a link pointing to a PDF file, for instance PDF LINK 2. Chrome plugin PDF Viewer is opened. 3. Close PDF Viewer and re-select the "PDF link". 4. At this point a popup is shown to the user with the following message: Do you want to download sample.pdf again?[with two buttons Cancel/Download] What is the expected behavior? 1. Developer should have the option to disable that popup. 2. If the file has been already downloaded file should be just opened in the PDF Viewer, no need to re-download the file or notifying the user. What went wrong? 1. Pop up is always shown, developer has no option on how to control it. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.5 Flash Version: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51243673/how-to-disable-popup-do-you-want-to-download-xxx-pdf-again
