What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open a profile with some existing autofill profiles that have empty origin
(2) edit such a profile in chrome://settings/autofill
(3) look at the updated entry in chrome://sync-internals, it still has empty origin

What is the expected result?
According to a discussion with sebsg@, the origin should get updated to 
chrome://settings/.

What happens instead?
The origin did not get updated.
