Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 10718.34.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.40 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10718.34.0 (Official Build) beta-channel veyron_minnie Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Use Desktop Capture Sample, and start capture Desktop Capture Sample: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/desktop-capture-sample/mhkidniocjdaiddjckopkigjmjbadfji 2. Change device Orientation to 90° What is the expected behavior? The orientation of the capture image matches the desktop screen What went wrong? Capture Image rotated 90 degrees Did this work before? Yes 67.0.3396.99 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.40 Channel: beta OS Version: 10718.34.0 Flash Version: 30.0.0.127 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so version67.png : orientation of the capture image matches the desktop screen (os version 67.0.3396.99) version68.png : orientation of the capture image rotated 90 degrees (os version 68.0.3440.34)
