slow content download

Issue description

CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64
Window manager:

Behavior in Linux Firefox:
Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it):

I think this really depends on whether the data is cached, and the network condition, can you capture a NETLog and post it here?
