Chrome OS taskbar window management - the icon in the taskbar should allow you close chrome windows from the icon rather than opening and closing it from there. Overall, the taskbar icon should offer more options to the user for window management. At the very least, a window pop up preview while hovering over the chrome window list the in the chrome taskbar icon.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Left click the chrome icon in the chrome os taskbar (as long as there is more than 1 window opened)
2. No options for window management when clicking on the chrome icon in the taskbar
3.

More options as mentioned above
