unit_tests timed out on android-kitkat-arm-rel

shard #0 timed out, took too much time to complete


If this is a runtime regression, something needs to be reverted.

If this is organic growth, we need more shards.

This doesn't seem to be sheriffing-specific so much as a general infra failure. Changing this to the plain Infra component for triage.

Unfortunately the logs from the build have expired. This was a bug in logdog which I believe has since been fixed.

Generally bugs like these should go to Infra>Client>Chrome. We handle capacity issues on the CQ. If it happens again please file a bug again and we'll take a look.
