clang-cl.exe crashes

These crashes appear randomly on (random?) source files. The same build usually passes after restarting it without making any changes. I've attached the output and crash dumps. I haven't build Chromium a lot lately but this worked 2/3 weeks ago.

Also getting a crash here, last time I ran a Windows build was about a month ago and things built without error. Not an identical crash as the one from the reporter as the stack trace is longer in this case but similar symptoms in that it crashes and then may compile fine on retry. Attaching a sample crash dump.
