Hi Luci team,

Back in the buildbot-days, there used to be UberChromeGW links that allowed to manually trigger builds of certain chromium revisions [1].

Chrome Puppeteer [2] team used this occasionally to build particular revisions of Chromium we were interested in and download build artifacts from chromium-browser-snapshots gs bucket.

It would be very nice to have a way to trigger build of a particular revision with LUCI.
