GPU benchmarking touchpad pinch-zoom

Issue description

Since touchpad pinch-zoom is different from touchscreen pinch zoom we need a new API in GPU benchmarking to support injecting touchpad pinch-zoom and test that behavior in our tests.

chaopeng@ does the pinchBy function work when you pass mouse instead of touch to it?

I double checked the MOUSE_INPUT case. It is correctly running our code path. So nothing need to do now.
