go/cros-infra-bug doesn't auto-populate Pri, Type and OS

go/cros-infra-bug expands to:

https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/entry?components=Infra%3EClient%3EChromeOS%3ETest&Pri-2,Type-Bug,OS-Chrome

This opens a new bug form:
 "Components" set to "Infra>Client>ChromeOS>Test".
 "Type" set to "Bug".
 Priority-3 <- not 2
 OS-Chrome unselected.

The following link appears to set all the labels that were intended:
