Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load the testcase. What is the expected behavior? The two black boxes look identical. What went wrong? The top box is too narrow. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No Safari has the same issue. Edge has a slightly different rendering but has a similar issue. Firefox seems to get this right. Chrome version: 69.0.3472.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 29.0 r0 The tables spec is unclear at best, but the table wrapper is supposed to be a BFC with the caption a block inside it. That should generally match the rendering of the float with a block inside, I would think. This probably needs escalation to the CSSWG, in general...
