What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) enable Linux apps
(2) in the console, sudo apt install qtcreator
(3) open Qt-Creator
(4) move the mouse cursor to hover on an item on the left pane, wait a bit until the tooltip appears. wait a bit.

What is the expected result?
Nothing happens

What happens instead?
Chrome crashes


Interestingly it didn't reproduce with Chrome 69.0.3464.0, but now it reproduces when I upgraded to 69.0.3473.0. I guess this is a regression in this period.
