Open devtools for a page with an OOPIF and open the Layers and Rendering panels.

The content of the OOPIF is not shown in the Layers panel when Paints is checked. When Paint flashing is enabled in the Rendering panel, the flashes do not happen in an OOPIF.

If the OOPIF has a non-fast scrollable region, it is not shown in the Layers panel when Slow scroll rects is checked. It is also not identified in the OOPIF when Scrolling performance issues is enabled in the Rendering panel.
