Taking Screenshot of Desktop Share stream results in black image

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 67.0.3396.99
OS Version: OS X 10.13.5
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: N/A
    Firefox: N/A
    IE/Edge: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Extension
2. Click extension icon to share desktop and screenshot will automatically download after 3 seconds
3. Stop screen sharing

What is the expected result?
Screenshot should show a full-color snapshot of screen

What happens instead of that?
The screenshot is the correct size, but all black

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This extension works properly in previous versions of Chrome. For testing, please run the extension in previous versions of chrome in addition to the latest version.

Tried testing the issue with the files provided in comment# 0, placed two files in same folder and opened chrome://extensions and tried loading the file created, faced error as shown in screencast.

@Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and provide your feedback on it. If possible could you please provide any alternate extension file/URL that reproduces the issue which help in further triaging it.

My mistake, I must've deleted an object from the manifest.json right before uploading. Problem's fixed in the attached files.

Figured out the reason for this - the video streamed to the background page wasn't being auto-played due to the latest changes to auto-play. Therefore, adding video.play() was necessary to start the streamed video and grab a screenshot.

As per comment# 3, we need a sample extension to check and confirm the issue from our end, as it would be out of scope for us to proceed further with the provided '.js' files, hence adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp label for further triaging the issue.
