Regression : Red color cursor is seen instead of Black at password field when any wrong password is entered in chrome://settings/lockScreen page

Chrome Version: 69.0.3480.0/10859.0.0 dev channel  Daisy,Candy and Peppy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://settings -> Now under 'People' section click on 'Screen lock' option
2)Enter wrong Password in 'Confirm your password' dialog box -> Now click on 'CONFIRM' button -> 'Invalid password' message is seen with selected password 
3) Now click on password field and observe cursor is seen in red color instead of black

Expected: Black color cursor should be seen in password field 
Actual: Instead Red color cursor is seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-68

This is WAI. The new text input styling cursor is supposed to be red, when an error exists.
