Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome  and navigate to above URL.
2.Click on three dots menu icon and Observe the menu list.

Actual Result: Unwanted vertical scroll-bar is seen in menu list.
Expected Result: No such scroll-bar should be seen.

This is non-regression issue seen from ‘M-69’ seen from #69.0.3483.0.

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6,10.14) OS
