Desktop content can be leaked when captured window is minimized or rapidly shaken

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Share desktop with "Application Window Capture"
2. Rapidly shake or minimize/unminimize shared window

What is the expected behavior?
Only the screen content of the selected window is shared to media stream.

What went wrong?
Desktop screen behind the selected window is shared to media stream for an instant.

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

While users expect that only the content of the selected window is shared, this can be privacy issue.
