Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start downloading a file that doesnt fit in your hard drive
2. Wait till it fails
3. Make enough room 
4. Resume the download

What is the expected behavior?
It downloads now.

What went wrong?
When all the data is downloaded, it refuses to finish and the file is nowhere to be found.

It used to be possible to just find the file in question and replace the extension, the file doesnt exist now though.
