can not access google search on google chrome

Issue description
Chrome Version : 58.0.3029.110
OS Version: 10.0

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari:N/A
Firefox:OK
IE/Edge:OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.typing on www.google.com to get to google search
2.using tool bar to search
3. being redirected to google search from other pages
What is the expected result?
to be able to use google search on google chrome
What happens instead of that?
www.google.com
this site cant be reached.

the suggestions say check my connection and that is fine and then check the proxy and the firewall. I have checked and neither one is my issue.

Can you indicate what proxy and firewall you are using? ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE means that something on your network is interfering with the proper operation of the security protocols used. This has pretty much been exclusively restricted to proxy and firewall software that does not properly observe the relevant specifications.
