Security: Knowledge Graph Security Bug

I am able to get a knowledge graph URL without having a knowledge graph: I want maximum reward and I will reveal the bug.

I am able to obtain this url without having the knowledge graph. This is an extreme security problem.

This is a tracker for bugs in the Chrome web browser, and is not involved with other Google products or services.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in a Google service, it can be reported at https://goo.gl/vulnz.

Also you might take a moment to read through the rules for the Vulnerability Reward Program (https://www.google.com/about/appsecurity/reward-program/), which explains that rewards are decided on a discretionary basis only after all the relevant information has been submitted and assessed.
