Simultaneous audio capture, speech recognition and recording beeps

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Copy the content of the attached script and run it in the console of some HTTPS website.

What is the expected behavior?
Simultaneous audio capture, speech recognition and recording without beeps.

What went wrong?
LG G4 plays rapid beeps repeatedly and does not transcribe almost at all. I once got "no no no no no no" somehow.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.x  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6
Flash Version: 

It works pretty well on desktop. No beeping.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Oops, it is hard to enter stuff in the console of Android. ;)
I will upload this somewhere soon.

Plus, I want to file the issue using my other user, so never mind this.
