Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load some website w/ a white background 2. Open either the site information or the bookmark popup 3. ~ 50% of the time, the popup is rendered w/out a shadow What is the expected behavior? There should be a shadow What went wrong? There is no shadow, making it difficult to differentiate between the popup and the website Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.5 Flash Version: n/a

Unble to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99 using Mac 10.13.5.Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Navigated the URL ""https://github.com/"" 3. Opened the site information and the bookmark popup As we are able see shadow on popup @Reporter: Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions/apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists. Thanks.!
