As per comment #0 issue seems to be a Windows OS related.

@Reporter: Could you please confirm it and if you seen any issue with chrome browser please provide proper steps to reproduce it.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Windows has its own update mechanism that doesn't have anything to do with Chrome.  You're using the latest version of chrome (Or were when you filed this bug), so I assume the issue you're running into is indeed with Windows Update, and not Chrome updating on Windows, so going to close this issue.
