Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open networking

2. No WiFi networks available
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Should have a list of several available WiFi networks

What went wrong?
Latest update disabled WiFi. I am able to connect via a USB ethernet dongle.
I filed a feedback report within the past 10 minutes with the same email address. The attached log was captured with Ethernet connected but I did disconnect the USB ethernet dongle for a portion of the capture

Did this work before? Yes previous Canary build.

Chrome version: 69.0.3480.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 10851.0.0
Flash Version: 30.0.0.134

Occurring on 10857.0.0 / 69.0.3480.0. Ethernet via usb adapter works.
For me it's
Version 69.0.3480.0 (Official Build) canary (32-bit)
eth via usb works too...
Components: -Internals>Network OS>Systems>Network
Several updates since filing this and no change. NO WIFI.
Despite a few users complaining, Google is still treating this as Unconfirmed!
Is this their way of trying to force users onto stable, that would be lame?!
I keep getting updates, but it keeps saying it's build: Version 69.0.3480.0 (Official Build) canary (32-bit)
Something is odd with the updates script...
Fix it!
