Chrome remote desktop does not show Firefox windows or allow interaction with them correctly

Reported by clo...@gmail.com, Jul 7

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10575.58.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10575.58.0 (Official Build) stable-channel link

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Firefox (v61.0 64-bit) on a Windows 10 computer
2. Connect to that computer via Chrome Remote Desktop
3. Attempt to look at or interact with Firefox

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Initially, the Firefox window is visible, but if minimized and restored, it then displays a blank window with nothing visible. Interaction with the window via clicking sometimes results in a response and other clicks are ignored. If you disconnect and then use regular Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDP) or physical access to the machine, Firefox restores itself and works fine without restarting the app or logging out or rebooting or anything.

Did this work before? N/A
