Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. visit any web page 2. Open Developer Tools, Network tab, select a request and go to the Response tab 3. Do Ctrl+F and search for some string that has matches 4. Hit Ctrl+G What is the expected behavior? Should find the next occurrence of the substring you just found within the Response tab What went wrong? Acts as if the main tab had focus, instead of the Developer Tools. Besides this particular case, it should NEVER, EVER happen that you are within a particular tab and you hit a keyboard shortcut, and it acts on a completely unrelated tab that doesn't currently have focus. This should be enforced at the deepest level. If this happens with other keyboard shortcuts it may be VERY dangerous. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #67.0.3396.99 and latest canary #69.0.3486.0. Issue is not seen in os-mac. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
