Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a website with some textarea or other editable field.
2. Right-click in that editable filed.

What is the expected behavior?
There's an "Emoji & Symbols" option in that menu.

What went wrong?
There's an "Emoji amp;amp; Symbols" option in that menu.

Did this work before? N/A

I tried to search for this bug but I haven't found anything. It's really strange that no one reported it because it's there for at least a couple of weeks.
