bug(console): line breaks do not work in the console

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:

It is not true to format line breaks

Looks like a duplicate of bug 810581 fixed in Chrome 68.
