Regression: Focus stays on the options after using tap-touch.

Issue descriptionChrome Version :69.0.3483.0 (Official Build) (cohort: Stable)Revision 68bf9707c1026959630e89e90235cfcf0440c08c-refs/branch-heads/3483@{#1}(64-bit) OS: Windows(10 Touch-Device) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome, Navigate to chrome://settings/appearance and tap-touch on 'Show Home Button' option. Actual Result: Focus stays on the option after using tap-touch. Expected Result: Focus should not stay after tap-touch. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-69', and will soon update other info: Good Build:69.0.3482.0 Bad Build: 69.0.3483.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6,10.14), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Non-Touch Windows Machines(7,8,8.1,10).

This was my change. I must have broken how the highlight/focus gets removed. This has been reverted. Merging into https://crbug.com/860613 |
