Switch hotkeys may not work when focus on password input-box

REPRO STEPS:
1.Put cursor in any password input-box.
2.Switch languages using Ctrl + Space, or Ctrl + Shift +Space.


Actual result:
Sometimes, Switching not work (e.g. as in the attachment, it's still Pinyin after press  Ctrl + Shift +Space several times).

Can't repro.
Please help to confirm again. And try on old ui.
