JA keyboard turns back to the old UI while inputting password

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Japanese keyboard.
2.Put cursor in any password input-box.


Actual result:
Keyboard turns to be old UI (obsolete Menu, and Globe keys, and not language Switch key).
