Hanja key not functional on all Korean layouts

Korean layouts include a functional "한자" (hanja) key. It's supposed to allow conversion from Hangeul input of Sino-Korean words into corresponding Hanja (Chinese characters). However, in the new UI the key no-ops when depressed; there's currently no functionality at all.
