Spam web page prevent from closing.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to: http://leguminous.stream/live/?a=AZ&pagex=0&s1=nIMH5VI8D12KH_sM2Vggtw4gSGI7YMCf2WPpxSxU7j3Zoc38_p1evRqI7_ufk-EJyVdZDmtJ_FOOeJJg8QwphA%2C%2C&os=Windows&browser=Chrome&isp=Comcast%20Cable%20Communications%20inc.&ip=73.15.1.133&geo=US

2. Try to close it.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There should be an easy way to close it. Also it should not be full screen.

Thanks for filing the issue!

Tried checking the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99 using Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched chrome
2. Navigated to the URL given in Comment#0
It rendered Google home page and we are able to close the tab without any issues. Attaching the screen cast of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screencast and let us know if we have missed anything in the process. Any further inputs from your end may help us.

It stops working on my side also. I think they might already changed it.
Sorry I didn't capture the response.
From what I have seen, click on any part of the chrome browser will turn it into full screen.
