Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3472.3 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. When downloading a file like picture,video or text file,the whole browser crashed,sometimes couldn't responding. 2. When changing saving file storage location ,the whole browser also crashed. What is the expected behavior? when downloading files on many web pages,the whole browser crashed,sometimes couldn't responding. What went wrong? Browser/ Download files/ Changing saving file storage location. Crashed report ID: lygwly1113@gmail.com How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Unable to reproduce this issue on latest dev 69.0.3472.3 using Windows 7 with steps mentioned above. i.e; No crash is seen on saving image/video files. And no crash is seen on changing destination save location from save dialog. Attaching screencast for reference. @Reporter: Please check the screencast and let us know if we miss anything. Also please check the issue on fresh profile which do not have any apps/extensions. If still issue persists, please provide us 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes to traige from our end. Thanks!
