Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on the device
2. Sign in
3. Use device

What is the expected behavior?
The system response time decreases heavily during use at certain times.

What went wrong?
At times, the device will slow down (frame rate will drop, delayed reaction to input, and minor freezing). I have only seen this on Swanky so far and has been occurring since beta 67. I am not sure if going back to 66 or before will help, but it has not happened up until the previous version. It has since worsened when 68 came around.
