"gpu_tests.pixel_integration_test.PixelIntegrationTest.Pixel_Video_VP9" is flaky

"gpu_tests.pixel_integration_test.PixelIntegrationTest.Pixel_Video_VP9" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. When done, please remove the issue from Sheriff Bug Queue by removing the Sheriff-Chromium label.

eirage@: let's please limit the disabling to Android. Flakiness of this test was observed on another Android device in Issue 858826 and we should leave the test enabled on as many platforms as possible.

The line to add to pixel_expectations.py would be:

    self.Fail('Pixel_Video_VP9', ['android'], bug= 860548 )

or perhaps more ideally:

    self.Flaky('Pixel_Video_VP9', ['android'], bug= 860548 )
