Screen resolution cuts off display on each side of desktop.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.77.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.150 Safari/537.36
Platform: 66.4.25 (Developer Build - neverware) developer-build chromeover64

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. can't find any steps

What is the expected behavior?
Have no clue

What went wrong?
Updated now the screen is reduced by these vertical bars

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.150  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10452.77.0

Well I can't attach a screen shot, no idea how to do that on this system since prtscr doesn't work
 
Can you please try take a screen shot as follows.

Hold down Ctrl + “Switch window” key to capture a full screenshot.
Hold down Ctrl + Shift + “Switch window” key to capture a partial screenshot.
