Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3482.0 (Official Build)Revision f55a011c2fd928ccc84df796152c2046a33c8e32-refs/branch-heads/3482@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14), and Linux(14.04) OS What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and go to 'Network'. 2. Enter text in 'filter' textbox, select the text and observe. Actual Result: No gap is seen between selected text and the bottom border of 'filter' textbox. Expected Result: Gap should be seen between the selected text and the bottom border of 'filter' textbox. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect, Good build: 67.0.3377.0(Revision: 544611) Bad build : 67.0.3378.0(Revision: 544931) You are probably looking for a change made after 544617 (known good), but no later than 544618 (first known bad).
