Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Wait 10 seconds
3. See the windows installer popup

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Since the version 67 update, Windows installer opens 10 seconds after Chrome is launched. 
It tries to located the MSI file of Lotus Notes 5.8.2. The MSI file is no longer in the installation folder.
This issue happens quite often in our environment since the 67 update and was reported by other people as well:
