I think this dialog has a fixed maximum size and we do not use larger sizes. The use can use the scroll bars in these cases to find interact with the dialog. Every time we tried to be smart about it, there is a corner case when dialog does not fit on screen or when the scrollbars are still visible.

Re-tried the issue again on the Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 69.0.3472.3 and the latest Canary 69.0.3493.0 and unable to reproduce the issue as per comment #2. Could observe that Sign in confirmation pop-up is resized according to content scale as expected. As this issue is not reproducible at TE end, requesting Services>SignIn team to look into this issue and help in further triaging. Thanks..

As per comment#7 the issue isn't seen at our end, hence adding label "TE-NeedsTriageHelp" and requesting someone from "Services>SignIn" team to have a look into it and help in further triaging it. Thanks!
