Labels in cloud based Google Bookmark do not autofill

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: This is for the cloud based Google Bookmarks https://www.google.com/bookmarks not for bookmarks within Chrome. 1. Go to https://www.google.com/bookmarks/ 2.Drag the Google Bookmark button to the Bookmark Bar. 3.Click on the button on the Bookmark Bar 4.Begin to enter a label from one of the labels you know already exists 5. In the past, existing labels would auto fill as you type but it no longer does that. What is the expected behavior? You should start to see a choice of labels based on how much of the label you type from among the labels you already have entered earlier. What went wrong? No choices appear. You have to type the complete label in manually. Did this work before? Yes Unknown Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: I had submitted similar issue https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=517276 This time the editing of bookmarks works along with removing bookmarks - the only thing that does not work is the autofill.

Tested this issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99, Beta version 68.0.3440.42 and latest chrome version 69.0.3481.0 also M-60 using Windows 7. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome version 2. Created few label on gmail account and navigated to given URL "https://www.google.com/bookmarks/" 3. Dragged bookmark to bookmark tab and clicked on bookmark 4. Closed popup and cliched on bookmark As we observed that last label on label field which entered in previously and not seen any suggestions while typing label names. @Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-cast and confirm if anything being missed here. Thanks.!

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99, on latest chrome 69.0.3481.0 using Windows 7 & 10, Mac 10.13.5 and Ubuntu 17.10. Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
