Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.42 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Trigger an extension error 2. Note the menu hover text (states "Customize and control Google Chrome. Update is available." 3. Note that in chrome://settings/help, no update is available. 4. After dismissing the extension error, the message text returns to normal. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? See screenshot. Icon hover text is incorrect. Did this work before? Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Stable 67.0.3396.99, Beta 68.0.3440.42 and latest Canary 69.0.3487.0 as per the original comment. Bisect Information: =================== Good Build: 65.0.3325.230 Bad Build : 66.0.3326.0 As the good and bad builds are in different Milestones, unable to run the per-revision bisect script.
