Project Member Reported by derat@chromium.org, Jul 4

Issue description

(Forked from issue 859358.)

http://feedback/#/Report/85532236699 is a report of a stable-channel M67 leon at 10575.58.0 not resuming after a lid-closed suspend: "Close lid, system goes to sleep. Open lid, display remains dark. System reboots on ALT-R-VOLUP"

Looking at the logs, it looks like it crashed while suspending:

Todd, is this on your radar?

Looking into this

Looks like system resets due to ELOG_TYPE_SUS_POWER_FAIL. Not sure what this is or why this happens. Furquan any idea why this happens ?
I just experienced this. Added feedback 5 minutes ago with this email address.
