What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> go to ubertray 
(2)By tabbing,bring the tab focus on 'System Date and Day'and observe the focus

Actual: Tab focus is seen on the text of'System Date and Day'
Expected: Tab focus should be around the text on 'System Date and Day'

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3452.0/10773.0.0 dev 

Note: Issue is not applicable to Linux,Windows OS
