What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a .webm file from the file manager.
(2) Try scrubbing.

What is the expected result?
I can jump around in the video.

What happens instead?
I can't jump around. Scrubbing looks broken (getting NaNs in the current time, timeline is not representative of actual time).
