This test seems non-actionable by Chrome gardeners. The error message doesn't provide any indication of what isn't working, and it isn't even specific about which of three possible errors was actually encountered.

I suspect that this is flakiness since none of the other builders are reporting problems.

Please:

a) Investigate and fix the cause of flakiness here if this isn't a legitimate software error.
b) Improve this test to return specific, actionable errors describing what went wrong. (This is covered in part by  issue 844755 , which I filed the last time I was gardening.)
