Regression: Weird header is seen for 'Report an issue' overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3480.0 Revision 3c4342c43a5e8e33042613038d4777cc1c9349af-refs/branch-heads/3480@{#1}(64 bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6) Pre-condition: Enabled 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa.' flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, open Report an issue overlay from wrench menu. (2) Observe header of the overlay. Actual: Weird header is seen for Report an issue overlay. Expected: Header should seen properly for Report an issue overlay. This is a regression issue, will soon update the other info: Good Build:69.0.3479.0(Revision: 571804) Bad Build: 69.0.3480.0(Revision: 572081) Note: Issue is not seen on Win(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.13.1, 10.14, 10.13.6)OS.

Hi, Retested the above issue on Mac (10.12.6) using latest Canary build #69.0.3497.0 and issue is fixed. Now, Header is seen properly for Report an issue overlay. Please refer the attached screen-cast. Thank You!
