Cursor position in omnibar does not reset after View Page Source on New Tab Page

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.42 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open New Tab Page 2. Type something in the search bar or omnibar 3. Right-click NTP and select View Page Source 4. Observe the What is the expected behavior? The cursor should be hidden and omnibar should not be focused. What went wrong? Omnibar is focused and the cursor is blinking in the same position as on the New Tab Page. Did this work before? Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 68.0.3440.42, latest stable# 67.0.3396.99 and on latest chrome# 69.0.3481.0 using Mac 10.13.5, Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows-10. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and Marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
